You Need To Sleep If You Want To Heal...
When you have ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and/or Fibromyalgia, a primary sleep disorder may be playing a large role in reaping havoc with your health. After all, sleep is vital to your wellbeing...
We all know how horrid we feel when we've not had enough sleep the night before. A good night's sleep can help with all manner of ailments, stresses, and strains. And a recurring good night's sleep can help us to feel in tip-top condition.

But if you have a sleep disorder, then chances are, you'll probably be feeling the opposite. So your lack of good quality sleep could well be contributing to why you feel the way you do.
It's also worth noting that not all sleep is equal. For example, you may have hypersomnia and sleep for 20 hours a day - but that doesn't count for much if your sleep isn't of a good quality.
