Many ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia sufferers don't get enough restorative sleep.
Yep that's right!
Research shows that if you have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
or Fibromyalgia then the restorative 'non-REM' stage of your sleep
is likely to be disturbed. In fact, Dr David Bell says that sleep disturbance is present in
almost all ME/CFS patients and 60-90% of Fibromyalgia patients.
So it's no wonder your exhaustion symptom can be so severe - your body
doesn't get a proper chance to repair and recover!
