Using Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna For Back Ache

by Esti
(London)

For the last few days I've been using the steam room and jacuzzi. They have helped me a lot. In particular, they seem to take the 'heaviness' away. It helps my back ache as well.

I find it a lot cheaper than going for a massage: The steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna cost me just as much as having a massage. But the diference is that I can use them everyday.

Just try it. It really helps.

Beware of Chlorine

I'd say just be mindful of the effects of chlorine on the body.

Have to agree about the Sauna! Good stuff!

Steam Room, Jacuzzi And Sauna For Back Ache

Thanks Esti - interesting recommendation! I'm sure there are many sufferers out there who wouldn't have considered trying a steam room, jacuzzi or sauna.

If anyone else has tried these and find it helps (or doesn't help) then do drop us a line and share your experiences with us all. Would be interesting to see who else finds it helpful.

Thanks again Esti, for sharing your experiences with us!

Claire, Sleepydust
